Habitat: coastal BC greenhouse. Behavior: slow-cured 45 days, hand-trimmed, batch-tested for potency and terpenes.

Flower
Hand-trimmed, slow-cured buds sold by the eighth, in small numbered batches.
Pre-Rolls
No shake, no trim — full flower rolled the same day it's packed.

Solventless rosin, pressed from fresh-frozen, whole-plant material.

Understory started with a simple complaint: most cannabis on shelves is grown fast, cured faster, and tastes like it. So we built the opposite — a small operation on Vancouver Island where every batch gets the time it actually needs.
We work in small numbered batches instead of continuous production. Slower output, better flower — more terpenes, cleaner burn, and batch-to-batch character you can actually taste.
